These terms govern use of Deceit Forum. By creating an account or posting, you agree to follow these terms and the Forum Rules.
Use the service lawfully
Do not use the forum to break the law, violate another person’s rights, expose private people, threaten or harass others, steal credentials, compromise systems, distribute malware, or organize deceptive campaigns.
You are responsible for what you submit and for protecting your account. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent professional credentials.
Your contributions
You keep the rights you hold in your contributions. You give Deceit the limited permission needed to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute them through the forum and its normal delivery systems. Do not submit material you lack the right to share.
Public contributions can be linked, quoted within applicable limits, indexed, or archived by third parties. Removing an account does not guarantee that every quotation, reply, archive, backup, or external copy disappears.
Moderation and availability
Staff may edit titles, move discussions, request sources, limit activity, hide or remove material, suspend accounts, and preserve records when needed for safety, security, legal compliance, or community integrity. Agreement with Deceit is not required.
The service can change, experience outages, or end. Features and access are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. External links and member recommendations are not endorsements.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced in the forum. Continued use after an announced effective date means the revised terms apply to later use. These terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
