Life After Enforced Certainty

Leaving certainty can feel like losing a map, even when the map led somewhere unsafe.

This discussion is for the ordinary work afterward: grief, anger, family boundaries, lost community, moral agency, ritual, meaning, friendship, parenting, sexuality, and learning to make decisions without searching for permission from an invisible authority.

Advice is not required. Witness is enough. Ask before offering resources. Do not prescribe a new belief system as the cure for an old one.
