What was the moment?
The pattern that was invisible while you were inside it, and obvious the moment you had distance.
It can be a family, a workplace, a relationship, a church, a community. The mechanism does not require a name. Describe what happened and what you noticed later that you could not see then.
This is survivor-centered discussion. Do not diagnose strangers. Do not pressure others to disclose details they have not chosen to share. Remove names and identifying details when they are not essential.
